Account & Data Deletion
Delete your Neon Arcana account and all associated data — in the app, or by request without reinstalling.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (instant)
- Open Neon Arcana and go to your profile (the Arcana ID panel).
- Tap Delete Profile.
- Confirm. This deletes your Neon Arcana account and associated game data from active systems. It cannot be undone. Limited records may be retained where required for legal, tax, platform, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or abuse-prevention reasons.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email (no app needed)
If you’ve uninstalled the app or can’t access it, email us and we’ll delete your account and data for you:
Subject: Account Deletion Request. Tell us your in-game callsign so we can locate the account. We action verified requests and permanently delete the associated data within 30 days, and confirm by reply. If you have an active Apple, Google, or other platform subscription, deleting your game account does not automatically cancel that subscription; cancel it through the platform account where you subscribed.
What gets deleted
- Your in-game profile: callsign, avatar, and cosmetics owned/equipped.
- Currencies and lifetime totals (Signal, Source).
- Progression: Climber's Pact, Faction Mastery, Void Defense, Tour of Duty, daily streaks, and earned titles/trophies.
- Ranked data: MMR, tier, and placement history.
- Match history and any saved run state.
- Any server-side account record and matchmaking/reconnect identifiers tied to your account.
We retain only limited records where needed for legal, tax, accounting, platform, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or abuse-prevention reasons, and only for as long as reasonably necessary or legally required.
