Option 1 — Delete in the app (instant)

1. Open Neon Arcana and go to Arcana ID → Sign-in & Security.
2. Tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm. This deletes your Neon Arcana account and associated game data from active systems. It cannot be undone, and purchases tied to the deleted account can’t be restored to a new account. Limited records may be retained where required for legal, tax, platform, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or abuse-prevention reasons.
4. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel Neon Arcana Premier in your App Store or Google Play account.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email (no app needed)

If you’ve uninstalled the app or can’t access it, email us and we’ll delete your account and data for you:

Subject: Account Deletion Request. Tell us your in-game callsign so we can locate the account. A callsign is public, so it isn’t proof that the account is yours: before we delete anything we verify ownership, for example by helping you sign in and delete in the app, or by sending a one-time message to an email address verified on the account and asking you to reply to it. We action verified requests and delete the associated data from active systems within 30 days, and confirm by reply. Copies in backups are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. If you have an active Apple, Google, or other platform subscription, deleting your game account does not automatically cancel that subscription; cancel it through the platform account where you subscribed.
