I'm having trouble loading the game / it won't start.
Force-quit Neon Arcana (swipe it away in the iOS app switcher) and reopen it. If the issue persists, delete and reinstall the app from TestFlight, then email us with your device model + iOS version and we'll investigate.
Lost my run / progress disappeared.
Neon Arcana uses a server-backed game account for account identity, callsign, rank, currencies, owned items, match history, and other progression. Some temporary or in-progress run state may still depend on the current build/device. Email us if anything looks wrong after reinstalling, switching devices, or signing back in and we'll investigate.
I want to delete my profile / account.
Open the in-game profile panel and tap Delete Profile. The action requires confirmation and deletes your Neon Arcana account and associated game data from active systems, subject to limited legal, tax, platform, security, and abuse-prevention retention. You can also request deletion by email without the app — see our Account & Data Deletion page.
I want to report a bug or balance issue.
Email [email protected] with subject 'Bug report' or 'Balance feedback'. Include a screenshot or short video if you can — it dramatically speeds up triage.
How do subscriptions, purchases, or refunds work?
Real-money purchases and optional subscriptions are handled by Apple, Google, or the platform store shown at checkout. If you start an auto-renewing subscription, the platform shows the price, renewal period, and cancellation terms before you accept. Refunds and cancellations are managed through that platform account.
