First Signal Games LLC (“First Signal Games,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and delete information for Neon Arcana, firstsignalgames.com, neonarcana.game, and related support, account, and game services.

Short version: we use data to run the game, keep accounts and multiplayer working, process purchases, provide support, protect players, satisfy legal/platform obligations, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information and we do not use game data for third-party targeted advertising.

How we use information

• Operate Neon Arcana, including accounts, matchmaking, multiplayer, chat, voice signaling, progression, purchases, restore flows, and account deletion.
• Keep the game secure, prevent cheating, investigate bugs, troubleshoot crashes, and protect players from abuse.
• Review reports, enforce community standards, process blocks/mutes, and respond to safety concerns.
• Respond to support, privacy, deletion, press, and business requests.
• Send the launch notification or other messages you requested, and let you opt out where required.
• Comply with law, platform obligations, tax/accounting obligations, law-enforcement requests, and child-safety reporting obligations.
• Improve balance, onboarding, reliability, and product quality using first-party gameplay and diagnostic telemetry.

Analytics and diagnostics

We may collect first-party gameplay, performance, crash, and diagnostic events to understand whether Neon Arcana is working, fix bugs, tune onboarding, and improve balance. We do not use this information for third-party targeted advertising. If we add or remove a material analytics or crash-reporting provider, we will update this Policy and the relevant app-store privacy disclosures.

How we disclose information

We may disclose information to:

• Platform providers such as Apple and Google for sign-in, app distribution, purchase processing, receipt validation, refunds, and platform compliance.
• Infrastructure, hosting, security, database, analytics, diagnostics, and email vendors that process data for us, such as Cloudflare and Resend, when used for the relevant service.
• Professional advisers, vendors, or contractors who need the information to help us operate, secure, support, or audit the service.
• Law enforcement, NCMEC, courts, regulators, platforms, or other parties when required or permitted by law or necessary to protect players, rights, safety, or the integrity of the service.
• A successor or buyer if First Signal Games is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections.

We do not sell personal information. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as that term is commonly used in U.S. state privacy laws.

Children and age gate

Neon Arcana is not directed to children under 13. The game may ask for date of birth to check eligibility, but the full date of birth is not intended to be stored by First Signal Games. If the age gate indicates that a user is under 13, the game blocks access. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate deletion steps.

Chat, voice, and safety reports

Text chat is relayed through our systems to players in the relevant session and may be filtered for safety. Voice-chat audio, when enabled, is intended to be live peer-to-peer communication after connection setup; First Signal Games does not record or store voice audio. We may store moderation reports, report reasons, reported context, block records, and enforcement records to protect players and investigate abuse.

Account deletion and retention

You can request deletion of your Neon Arcana account and associated game data through the app or our account deletion page. We retain account and gameplay data while your account is active. After deletion, we delete or de-identify account data from active systems unless retention is needed for legal, tax, accounting, platform, security, fraud-prevention, safety, dispute, or abuse-prevention reasons. Retained records are limited to the purpose that requires retention and kept only as long as reasonably necessary or legally required.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of information associated with your account by contacting us. You can opt out of wishlist or marketing emails using the email instructions provided, and you can disable push notifications in your device settings. Some U.S. states, the EEA, UK, and other regions may provide additional rights, including the right to appeal, restrict, object, or complain to a regulator. We will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service is perfectly secure, so please use strong device security, do not share account access, and avoid posting sensitive personal information in chat or support screenshots.

International users

First Signal Games is based in the United States. If you use Neon Arcana or our websites from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as Neon Arcana changes. The effective date above shows when this page was last updated. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice in-game, by email, or through our websites.
